If that's how you work too, we want to meet you. The Role The Housekeeper plays a vital role in how residents and prospective residents experience our community. You're responsible for keeping our common areas, leasing office, amenities, and vacant units clean, fresh, and move-in ready. This is detail-oriented work that directly reflects our brand. What You'll Be Responsible For Common Areas & Amenities Clean and maintain leasing office, clubhouse, hallways, laundry rooms, fitness center, and all common interior spaces daily Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and shared amenity spaces Restock supplies in common areas as needed Ensure all common areas are presentable and guest-ready at all times Deep clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-ins Clean appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, flooring, windows, and all surfaces to Elliron's make-ready standards Conduct final walk-through inspections to ensure units meet move-in standards before turnover General Housekeeping Operations Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to supervisor Properly use, store, and maintain all cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety standards Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards observed during cleaning Assist with special cleaning projects or events as needed What We're Looking For Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a residential, hospitality, or commercial setting preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable, self-directed, and takes ownership of your work Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety practices Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred What You'll Get Health, dental, vision, pet, life, disability, and 401(k) Paid holidays and PTO, with accrual that increases with tenure Company events, holiday savings program A real path upward — we promote from within Elliron Residential is an equal opportunity employer.
