Assistant Sales Manager, Guest Experience

Summary The Assistant Sales Manager, Guest Experience supports and leads the retail team at the 619 Royal store in New Orleans, driving sales through clienteling, coaching, and retail events. This role manages the sales cycle, develops staff performance, and ensures exceptional brand presentation and customer service. The position is KPI driven and focuses on boutique operations and delivering a high touch guest experience. Responsibilities Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process Manage, inspire, and coach a team of sales specialists to meet daily goals Work with retail partners and execute CRM driven events to exceed sales quotas Set daily goals and develop team performance through training and feedback Maintain exceptional visual brand standards and oversee store operations Serve as a style advisor and provide personalized clienteling for guests Requirements 3+ years experience in flagship level retail sales, clienteling, hospitality, and store management Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a strong interest in eyewear Proven experience driving results through CRM and store events and meeting KPIs Demonstrated leadership in training, coaching, and developing teams Strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously Flexible, goal oriented, and passionate about delivering a customer centric experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
