Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Cheyenne, WY. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of approximately 25 to 30 cases from initiation through trial, with the support of a full‑time paralegal. This role involves guiding injured clients and their families through the civil justice system. Duties Manage a caseload of 25 to 30 cases from start to trial. Supervise and collaborate with an assigned paralegal. Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts. Prepare and respond to written discovery and motions. Advocate passionately in court for clients. Requirements Active license to practice law in Wyoming. 4+ years of experience in personal injury litigation. Proficiency in Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Wyoming. Skills Excellent litigation and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
