We're seeking a reliable, customer-focused Mail Services Associate to support mail and package operations across a busy manufacturing campus. What You'll Do: As a Mail Services Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring important mail and packages reach the right people at the right time. Responsibilities include: Sorting, processing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Performing scheduled mail pickups and deliveries throughout the campus. Operating a company vehicle to transport mail and packages safely and efficiently. Maintaining accurate handling and tracking of mail items. Providing professional, friendly customer service to employees and departments. Assisting with shipping, receiving, and other mailroom-related duties as needed. Supporting a smooth and organized flow of communication across the facility. What We're Looking For: We're looking for individuals who are dependable, organized, and enjoy serving others. Qualifications: Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude. Ability to work independently and manage daily routes effectively. Comfortable walking, standing, and moving throughout a large manufacturing campus. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Valid driver's license required. Prior mailroom, delivery, logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday – Friday. 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. 1-hour lunch break. Work Environment: 100% Onsite. Manufacturing campus setting. Compensation: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour.
