Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, precision-driven Senior Graphic Technical Designer to join our core centralized Design & Creative collective in a full-time remote capacity across the Philippines. In this high-leverage and execution-focused digital production seat, you will step up to claim individual operational and technical accountability for preparing, refining, and validating complex artwork files for final physical manufacturing and field installation. Shifting completely away from subjective brand consulting or basic desk publishing layouts, you will act as a principal technical production architect—ensuring all graphics and ADA signage meet exact scale, resolution, and tactile regulations. This position requires an industrial printing veteran with 5 plus years of dedicated signage background who handles vector lines fluidly natively using Graphic Design principles, structures cutting paths smoothly natively using Packaging Design parameters for CNC or laser cutters, and ensures uncompromised alignment metrics across diverse non-paper substrates.

Key Responsibilities

• Production-Ready Artwork Curation: Process, format, and refine complex commercial print-ready datasets and environmental visuals cleanly natively utilizing Graphic Design toolsets (specifically requiring expert-tier mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop).
• ADA and Braille Signage Engineering: Design, audit, and structure custom ADA-compliant signage files and tactile pathways, translating textual characters into perfectly mapped elements inside specialized braille software.
• Mechanical Substrate File Setup: Engineer highly specialized vector layout files configured explicitly for printing and cutting on non-paper media layers—including canvas wrap boundaries, industrial vinyl, thick acrylic boards, and custom metal cutouts.
• Advanced Fabrication Tool Integration: Formulate clean, error-free vector profiles built to translate seamlessly into code commands for high-performance physical fabrication machinery, including flatbed printers, roll-to-roll plotters, CNC routers, and heavy Laser Cutters.
• Visual Specification Packaging: Construct comprehensive, granular visual specification and assembly packages for artwork, sign placements, logos, and dimensions natively leveraging structured Presentation layouts.
• High-Fidelity Resolution Up-Scaling: Execute deep quality control over raw incoming artwork nodes, correctly downloading, resizing, and upscaling high-resolution assets while integrating modern generative AI upscalers to boost efficiency.
• Absolute Color Matching Calibration: Conduct expert color-matching adjustments, variance checks, and custom profile mapping to guarantee absolute color fidelity between digital display designs and finalized physical ink runs.
• Organized File System Administration: Enforce rigid quality control and file naming baselines across multi-tenant servers, preserving a highly precise, scannable, and clean cloud documentation filing system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 5 years of verified professional history running advanced graphic production, signage file preparation, wide-format prepress engineering, commercial print shop technical operations, or architectural design consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years of documented, hands-on experience explicitly designing and developing specialized **ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) or Braille Signage** architectures.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of print shop specifications, bleed calculations, vector line paths, crop marks, dynamic layout practices, and multi-layered substrate behaviors.
• Expert-tier capability optimizing complex visual components, cloning missing canvas pixels, and managing dense layer files natively utilizing Graphic Design platforms (specifically Adobe Creative Suite, prioritizing Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Practical operational familiarity organizing dimensional layouts, generating spec guidelines, and drafting structural blueprints natively using Packaging Design or vector manipulation modules.
• Proven baseline competency utilizing any professional ADA/braille-specific engineering software application, alongside standard presentation tools (such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva).
