Our processes are structured, our crews are held to high standards, and our projects are managed with professionalism from start to finish.What You Will DoLead and coordinate subcontractor teams and Vanir Project Managers across the assigned market, providing mentoring, interviewing crews, negotiating pricing, and enforcing quality, safety, and jobsite standards.Oversee construction projects end-to-end-from pre-construction through 100% completion-conducting site walks on all projects to ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and client requirements.Serve as safety coordinator, performing OSHA inspections, documenting safety meetings, and ensuring all required safety and quality forms are completed for every job.Coordinate daily operations including scheduling deliveries, maintaining construction schedules (Primavera or equivalent), monitoring project software, and traveling between multiple job sites to resolve issues.Act as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders, reporting on project progress, P&L, delays, and cost overruns while maintaining profitability and on-time completion.What We Are Looking ForRequired:Experience: Minimum 8 years in construction project management for commercial or residential constructionLocation: Must relocate to within 45 miles of branch location before starting work (relocation assistance may be provided)License: Valid Driver's License (required with clean MVR for past 3 years)Communication: Excellent communication skills in person and via electronic devicesMobility: Ability to travel between multiple job sites dailyPreferred:Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldKnowledge of OSHA safety standardsProblem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficientlyLeadership experience in a construction environmentP&L Responsibility for multiple departments, divisions, or projects simultaneouslyWhy Vanir?Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance: Employer paid medical and dental insurance401k with Company Match: Invest in your future selfCompensation for this role is aligned with comparable positions and reflects experience, skills, and responsibilities.PTO: Accrual up to 2 weeks paid vacation and 10 paid holidays upon hireCareer Development- On the job training and advancement opportunitiesVANIR sets the bar for exterior siding projects across the Southeast - and we work with leaders who respect craftsmanship, safety, and accountability.
