Occupational TherapistWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Contractor. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.Requirements:Ability to commute to patients homeAbility to commute to cases in the general area of Hollywood, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Weston, and Miami GardensA degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.AHCA Level 2 Background check.Valid state licensure or certification as required by local regulations.Ability to work effectively in home health environments.Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.A commitment to providing high-quality care that promotes patient independence and well-being.Availability to work weekends and short notice as needed.Responsibilities:Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized treatment plans.Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities in daily living activities.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to improve daily functioning.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.Timely documenting visits.Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients through dedicated Occupational therapy services!Pay range per visit: $70 - $80
