The role is more than managing operations; it is about laying the groundwork for sustained growth and achievement.What You'll DoLead daily manufacturing operations supporting software burn, product configuration, validation, and release processes.Ensure production schedules and customer delivery commitments are achieved through effective planning and execution.Monitor operational performance and drive corrective actions to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives.Manage staffing, labor allocation, and capacity planning to meet business requirements.Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, product specifications, and software control requirements.Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, team leaders, and frontline employees.Conduct performance management, talent development, and succession planning activities.Encourage a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and ongoing development.Propel Lean Manufacturing and persistent improvement activities that increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.Ensure adherence to all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, IT, and Product Management teams to resolve operational challenges.Manage departmental budgets, labor expenses, and operational costs.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or production environments.Experience leading supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams.Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement approaches.Experience managing operational benchmarks and production performance metrics.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Proficiency with ERP systems, manufacturing reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).Experience in electronics manufacturing, software deployment operations, product configuration management, or highly regulated manufacturing environments (preferred).Compensation PhilosophyWe offer a comprehensive pay and benefits package designed to stay competitive in the market, support your wellbeing, and recognise your contribution to our success.
