Kansas City District Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (A/OPC) Program Manager
Serve as Kansas City District's Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (A/OPC) Program Manager for the Government Purchase Card program.
Responsible for the implementation and training of all GPC policy, regulatory, and system related guidance and processes.
Conducts technical surveillance reviews of acquisitions and contract actions as documented in support of mission requirements.
Recommends corrective and/or disciplinary actions(s) for misuses or findings within the GPC program.
Develops and publishes material which informs, clarifies, and otherwise supports the implementation of acquisition policy as it flows down from HQ USACE or DA level.
Serves as a Procurement Analyst with primary responsibility for contracting program compliance with applicable acquisition policy.
