Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Valid driver's license
• CPR
• Active AL or Multistate PT license
• Associate's Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday-Friday
• Occasional weekend work
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Coverage area includes Eufaula and Dothan
• Dress code: Navy scrubs and closed toe shoes
