Apply today and make a real difference in our community. $20,000 Sign On Bonus Eligible Responsibilities Provide respiratory care under physician orders, including diagnostic testing and advanced ventilation management. Promote patient health and recovery through high-quality respiratory therapy and patient education. Respond to emergencies and apply evidence-based practice to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to support patient-centered care and continuous learning. Job Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited/AMA certified School of Respiratory Therapy. An Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy is preferred. Licensure: Licensed with the North Dakota State Board of Respiratory Care. Experience: Must complete phase I and phase II general respiratory therapy orientation to be considered. Must have completed Phase III Respiratory Therapy orientation in at least one of the following areas, as required for the area worked in by the Therapist: Pulmonary Function Lab (7086-5420), Sleep Center (7046-5420), ICU (7085-5425), NICU (7085-5423) or Pulmonary Rehab (7096-5420) to be considered a RT III.
