Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential clients to offer tailored insurance solutions that provide genuine peace of mind.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every policy is built around the individual circumstances of the client.

Act as a dedicated resource for existing policyholders, answering questions and adjusting coverage as life changes occur.

Participate in local community events and networking opportunities to build meaningful connections in Lexington Park.

Collaborate with our office team to streamline the application and underwriting process for every household we protect.

Continuously expand your knowledge of industry trends and product offerings to remain a valuable advisor to your clients.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close new business.

Professional experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the insurance or financial sector.

Clear and articulate communication style, both in writing and over the phone.

Solid understanding of local risk factors and community needs within Lexington Park.

Experience utilizing digital tools to track client interactions and policy details.
