Advance your nursing leadership career as a Director of Nursing (DON) for a 5-week assignment working night shifts from 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM with 24 guaranteed hours per week. The Director of Nursing will provide clinical oversight, staff leadership, and operational support while ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective nursing department management. Requirements:

• Active RN License required
• BLS Certification required
• Previous Director of Nursing (DON) or nursing leadership experience preferred
• Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and clinical operations required
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and regulatory healthcare standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and promote quality patient care
• Experience with quality improvement and compliance initiatives preferred
