Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.POSITION OVERVIEWLead and mentor a diverse team of technical engineers in support of multiple business areasRecommend tactics and strategies that will directly impact the achievement of overall business or functional resultsForecast Systems Engineering Manpower needs based on Program and Potential demand forecastDetermine hiring needs and conduct searches to onboard needed System EngineersFacilitate effective interaction between project engineers, program management and customers.Support proposal development activities including labor estimation (BOE creation and review) and technical response developmentQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Software, Physics, etc.) and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.Experience in systems engineering activities is a plus:Analysis of customer requirements, including system and sub-system trade studiesAnalysis of detailed hardware and software specifications for systems, subsystems, and key componentsADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCompensation: Based on Experience.
