Description Collection Specialist Must be in Southern NV and have reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements. SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 10:00am-7:00pm PST Every other Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm PST with a 4-hour flex day (1:00pm-5:00pm PST) when they work Saturday COMPENSATION Starting Pay: $22 – $25.50 per hour. WHAT YOU’LL DO Engage with customers to discuss overdue accounts and explore repayment options. Negotiate and establish payment arrangements that support customer needs and company policies. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and agreements. Communicate via phone, email, and written correspondence to support timely collections. Collaborate with the team to monitor account status and escalate when necessary. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Have Qualifications: High School diploma or GED, with at least 2 years’ experience in customer service, accounts receivable, sales or a related field. Fluency in English, with strong verbal communication and effective negotiation skills. Confident phone presence and ability to manage high call volumes professionally and empathetically. Nice to have but not Required! 1+ year of collections experience Prior experience in a call center setting.
