We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who wants a hybrid role with manageable caseloads, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to maintain excellent work-life balance.

You'll step into a full-time clinical role focused on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and supporting families, with ongoing guidance from experienced clinical leadership.

• You are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active Missouri licensure
• You hold a Master's degree or higher in a related field

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $75,000 to $85,000+
