In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support from the moment they book their charter until they set sail.

While industry experience is a plus, it is not required. We value attitude, aptitude, and a commitment to excellence above all else. If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following their charter booking, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience.
• Support & Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to address inquiries and provide information.
• Operations & Reservations: Assist with modifications to bookings within our global reservation system.
• Organization: Maintain general office efficiency, filing, and administrative support.
• Technology Utilization: Manage workflows using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and online reservation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Fluency in Spanish or French.
• Previous experience in yacht charter sales or travel/vacation planning.
• Knowledge of world geography.
