What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient infusion therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Administer oncology chemotherapy and symptom management treatments
• Manage patient documentation in EPIC electronic health records
• Float between multiple outpatient clinics, adapting to various patient needs
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to certification standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care
• Ensure effective communication and symptom management for oncology patients

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• At least 3 years of outpatient infusion or oncology experience
• Current BLS certification
• ONS/OCN certification preferred
• Proficiency in EPIC documentation system

• ACLS certification
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
