Sr. Business Systems AnalystThe Sr. Business Systems Analyst drafts, develops, finalizes, and appropriately communicates technical content, most commonly in the form of technical guides, to internal and external stakeholders for use in the management and monitoring of Patient Access and Affordability Solutions (PAAS) programs from initiation through delivery. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst maintains a proficient understanding of internal and external technology developments, communicates with appropriate subject matter experts to gather technical content needed to produce up to date documents and utilizes related tools to develop polished and cohesive content for internal and external use.The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will be expected to perform the following functions:Assist in the development of integrated/custom solutions for IQVIA PAAS customersArchitect and visualize integration points & customer journeysCollaborate with all PAAS teams to ensure key internal stakeholders are alignedAssist Client Account Management Team at launch or whenever higher-level assistance (e.g. high touch or complex programs)Serve as Subject Matter Expert on internal IQVIA processes and solutions, mentor and assist in the training of new members of the Client Account Management teamWork closely with internal IQVIA Patient Access and Affordability Solutions cross-functional teams to ensure successful communications and understanding of deliverables to ensure timely program implementation.Provide back up support for Client Account Management Team Leads on extended leave.To be considered for this role, one should be able to demonstrate the ability to:Work in a fast-paced environmentMulti-task across assignments for multiple clientsVisualize and document customer journeys and processes to enable others to "see the vision"Collaborate with internal stakeholder and project teams to understand proposed and contracted solutions to develop appropriate internal and client-facing documentation and guides.Keep detailed and organized documentation, including customer-facing and/or technical guidesEffectively and efficiently communicate to all levels within an organizationTake ownership and be accountable for assigned deliverablesRequirements:Knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape and copay or patient assistance programsMinimum of a BA or BS college degree3-5 years in an account management, technical writing and/or technical project management type roleIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
