Your responsibilities will include:Safety Monitoring: Provide wellness checks throughout the night to prevent fallsPersonal Care: Assist with evening wind-down and morning routines (bathing, dressing, hygiene)Mobility Support: Assist with transfers and toileting during the nightHome Support: Perform quiet, light housekeeping (laundry, meal prep) while the client restsObservation: Document client status and report any changes to the care teamRequirements:Certification: Valid Virginia PCA or CNA Certificate (Required)Experience: At least 6 months of professional caregiving experienceTransportation: Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicleBackground: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background checkAlertness: Ability to stay awake, alert, and attentive throughout the duration of the shiftReady to join the team?
