Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting K-4th grade students for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is perfect for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about making a difference in early elementary education. Enjoy a well-organized environment with a dedicated speech area, strong SLPA support on site, and the camaraderie of a collaborative district network of six SLPs.

This position offers a balanced caseload of 68 students, of which 27 will primarily require documentation and case management. The student population presents with mild to moderate needs, granting you a manageable and rewarding level of challenge. You’ll benefit from a standard school-based schedule, working Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:00pm for a total of 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with current state licensure
  • Previous experience in schools preferred (K-4th populations ideal)
  • Strong organizational skills for managing IEPs and teacher records
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with teachers, parents, and other SLPs
  • Comfort addressing mild to moderate communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students’ speech and language disorders
  • Manage documentation and case records for your assigned caseload
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other SLPs to support student success
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultative services within a designated speech room
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive education planning

You’ll thrive in a supportive environment with an SLPA in your building and a wider network for shared resources and ideas. If you’re ready to guide young learners to better communication skills while enjoying a consistent schedule and a collegial professional atmosphere, don’t hesitate—apply today to take the next step in your career.
