Seasonal Service LeaderAs a Seasonal Service Leader, you'll be the face of Virginia Green in the field, delivering high-quality lawn and landscape services while providing outstanding customer experience.Day in the Life:Applying lawn care treatments, aeration, seeding, and tree & shrub services using professional-grade equipmentWorking independently or with a team to complete services on assigned routesOperating equipment safely and efficiently while following all company and regulatory guidelinesInspecting customer properties and providing expert recommendations to improve lawn healthManaging daily routes and service documentation through company-provided mobile technologyEnsuring every property meets Virginia Green quality standards before leaving the siteMaintaining equipment, vehicles, and facilities in a clean and professional mannerRepresenting Virginia Green with professionalism, safety, and a customer-first attitudeWhat We're Looking For:Positive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and manage daily responsibilitiesStrong communication and customer service skillsDesire to learn lawn care and landscape management practicesCommitment to safety and quality workmanshipQualifications/ Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderMinimum of high school diploma or equivalent preferredValid driver's license with a clean record with 1+ years of driving experience preferred but not requiredAbility to operate a truck and trailer safelyMust obtain a Registered Technician certification within 30 days of hire (training and fees paid by Virginia Green)Previous customer service, landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor work experience is helpful but not requiredThis is an active, hands-on position requiring:Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying throughout the dayAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsWorking outdoors in varying weather conditionsWalking long distances across customer properties*Virginia Green is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
