Full Time Meat Management Assistant

Assist to manage and supervise up to 15 associates in the Meat/Seafood Department. Is responsible for assisting the Meat/Seafood Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and applicable laws. What You’ll Do Interviewing and training associates. Planning, assigning, and directing work. What You Bring High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
