Must-Have: Critical care skills, including intubation, airway management, arterial line insertion

Description: Must possess critical care skills, including intubation and airway management. Candidate will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit. If clinically approved and within guidelines, candidate will be sent for final decision. No weekend call is required. Floating may be necessary within the hospital's scope of practice. Unit accepts first-time travelers. Maximum allowed time off is 7 days. Travelers are expected to work on major holidays if they fall within the assignment period. All compliance documentation must be completed on time to start as scheduled. All travelers must comply with onboarding requirements to begin their assignment. Full compliance is required to start on time. Candidates should expect to demonstrate skills such as extubation, and management of tracheostomy care. Must have experience with varied patient age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, and adults. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with electronic charting systems is required. Unit requires RRT only; CRTs are not accepted.
