Will be scheduled to cover all five Premier Health Infusion Centers:

• Miami Valley Hospital Greenville, Greenville, OH. 7am-3:30pm
• Miami Valley Hospital Troy, Troy, OH. 7:30am-4pm
• Miami Valley Hospital North, Englewood, OH. 7am-3:30pm, 8:30pm-5pm
• Miami Valley Hospital South, Centerville, OH. 7am-3:30pm, 9am-5:30pm
• Miami Valley Hospital Middletown, Middletown, OH. 8am-4:30pm

All locations are Monday-Friday! No weekends will be required! PharmD and RPh certs are required EPIC is required EPIC Beacon is preferred IV compounding experience is required Compounding pharmacy work setting preferred RTO Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
