Overview Per Diem MFM - Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist Coverage Needs in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities Monday - Friday Clinic Coverage 8 AM - 5 PM No Call Qualifications Board Certified MFM Active WA License or IMLC Eligible Benefits and Compensation Pay Range (Hourly Pay): Starting range $288.46/hour for clinic hours. Health Insurance: Not offered for Per Diem role. Per Diem: Team members scheduled as needed and not on a consistent basis. Other Benefits: Sick Pay Bank; Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Retirement Benefits: Not offered for Per Diem role. Paid Time Off: Not offered for Per Diem role. Paid Sick Leave: Provides paid sick leave to Washington team members under Initiative 1433; PSSL time in lump sum. Per Diem team members accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked; start accruing upon hire; cannot use until 90th day; no annual cap; can carry over up to 108 hours next year.
