Use your expertise to lead a team of Automotive Parts Experts to expandthe automotive parts distribution network for a Premier Automaker in the US. ThebproPartsProgramTeam Leadwill be focused on building and maintaining a highly motivated,results driven sales organization representing our client to growdealership bpropartsinternally and externally in their respective markets. This position will work with selected DealershipsandDealer Groupsto growbproparts salesthroughouttheirnetworks. SUMMARY:

ThebproParts ProgramTeam Leadwill provide comprehensiveprogramsupportfortheir assigned region.The primary focus of thebproParts ProgramTeam Leadwill be to assist the Dealer,MSX field staff,andMopar's Regionalaftermarket sales team to drive immediate short-term sales growth through the Dealerandaftermarket distribution channels. A secondary focus will be placed on building direct relationships withDealership hierarchy,aftermarket installers, fleets,and commercial accounts while liaising with stakeholders in theDealerand Corporate organizations. This is a professional level,supervisory position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ThebproParts ProgramTeam Leadwill behighlyexperiencedprofessional thoroughly familiar with theNorth Americanautomotive aftermarket. Theprimary focus will be on sellingbproproductsDealernetworkand aftermarket channels, with a secondary focus on building relationships between these parties withFCAandDealer Network. The position isremoteand may require travel throughout the continental US.This individualwill report to theMSXIDirectorandMoparAftermarket AccountTeam Leads responsible forDealerrepresentation.ThebproParts ProgramTeam Leadwill be responsible foroversight oftravel,sales presentationpreparation,presentation ofstandardized call reports,and overall communications with all involved parties. ThebproParts ProgramTeam Leadresponsibilities includebut are not limited to the following: Develop, implement and maintain a national automotive parts salesand distributionprogramthrough the dealer network. Recruit, hire and retain top automotive wholesale parts personnel Actas the primary client liaison for the assigned project. Coordinate communication, manage assigned resources and reporttoExecutive Management. Create and executeproject work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Hands on – production of reports, scorecards other deliverables and analysis. Tracksproject deliverables, issues, risks and action items. Manage project data accuracy, timeliness, overall work product - set up and execute QA process and peer reviews. Work and collaborate withclientteams to meet project level financial goals, estimate resource requirement and staffing effectiveness for the successful completion of scope andidentifyconstraints Develop content in accordance with client CI, contractual obligations and project direction. Includes tools, guides and presentations. Negotiate and manage client commitments and expectations Closely monitor program objectives and provide critical performance feedback Provide program oversight and direction with a client centric approach Drive performance of team to satisfy and exceed program goals and objectives Constantly evaluate performance vs. expectations Develop and implement processes and measures to drive performance Ensure sales, market and competitive information is recorded daily Work closely withtheclient to provide weekly market feedback and sales performance summary Provide analysis for ad-hoc executive management reporting Provide regular financial and program reviews with client’s management staff andMSX International Senior Management Manage project level compliance of contractual obligations- Collaborate with internal delivery and management teams and client for the project transition and stabilization phase in-charge ofday-to-daydelivery. Qualifications Minimum of(5)five years professional experience in the automotive aftermarket or wholesale environment. Must have professional analytics experience necessary to identifyopportunities, trends and anomalies. Must possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Must be highly interpersonal with team-building and participative management skills. Requires self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision. High level of proficiencywith PC and Microsoft Office applications. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related field orminimum 5years equivalent experience. Familiarity with the following automotive operations: Dealership,Fleet,Installer,Collision, Automotive Parts Distributionandaftermarket parts & service departments. Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

ThebproParts ProgramTeam Leadmusthave ability to maintainprofessional level communicationsin English and any other languages as required by the project client.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

High level of proficiency with PC and Microsoft applications including; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Projectand Word.

TACTICAL SKILLS:

ThebproParts ProgramTeam Leadmust be able to execute outlinedFCAprogram components such as training, reporting,marketing, group facilitation andproduct demonstration abilities.

REASONING ABILITY:

Thebpro PartsProgramTeam Leadmust be capable of formulating business decisions based on a logical reasoning approach and offering asolution-basedoutcome to all situations.

SELF-STARTING ABILITIES:
