We're hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Direct Care Workers, and Companions to provide exceptional in-home support to seniors and veterans throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

Whether you have years of professional caregiving experience or have meaningful personal caregiving experience caring for a loved one, we want to hear from you.

YOUR ROLE

As a Billet Caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and confident at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance
• Bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

We understand that every caregiver has different needs and responsibilities.

Our staffing team works with you to match opportunities based on:

• Your preferred service areas
• Your availability
• Your schedule
• Available client needs

Whenever possible, we'll help connect you with cases that fit your preferences.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for caring, responsible professionals who take pride in the work they do.

Requirements include:

• Previous caregiving experience — professional or personal experience accepted
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Current TB test
• CPR, First Aid, or BLS certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
• Available weekends if needed
