Job description Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring housekeepers in a professional setting. Wage: Starting at$24/hr. + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment with perfect attendance. Pay: $24/hr Shift Monday-Friday - Slightly flexible

6:00AM-2:30PM

7:00AM-3:30PM

8:00AM-4:30PM

9:00AM-5:30PM

**Please do not apply if you have known food allergies** The responsibilities include: Supervision of on-site janitorial staff Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner Helping plan and prepare work schedules Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment Maintaining accurate records Working with Area Manager to ensure quality standards are met Other job duties as needed This is a working position. Cleaning required.
