Hospitality Area Lead

Hospitality Team Lead Position

$15-$18/hr based upon availability.

As the Hospitality Team Lead, you will support and lead the Front of House team in executing top tier hospitality to our Guests. The Hospitality Team Leader will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience while assisting in Front of House operations, strategically positioned on Front Counter or in Dining Room during their shifts to ensure complete operational focus on hospitality. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. You will also be responsible for owning business results in Hospitality. Successful Team Leads will conduct themselves in a positive attitude, are coachable, and have a truthful character going above and beyond for their fellow Team Members and guests. We are looking for hard-working, friendly, enthusiastic, team-oriented, honest, and people that enjoy serving each other as well as our guest. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
• Go above and beyond for Fellow Team Members and Guests; provide Second Mille Service
• Ensure all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food and services
• Be punctual, responsible, dependable, courteous, coachable, and mature
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Quality procedures
• Have strong communication/verbal skills
• Able to work well independently and in a team environment
• Have an eye for detail orientated and prepare all products to Chick-fil-A Standards
• Be able and willing to multi-task and work multiple positions in the restaurant when needed
• Be able to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
• Able to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consistent basis
