Overview: Due to growth, Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Goshen, IN. Full-time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. There are both staff-level and Clinic Director opportunities available. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored. Caseload / Patient Population: The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team! Full-time PTs should expect to treat an average of 11 patients per day. The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported. Clinic Directors perform a mix of managerial duties and provide direct patient care. Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $75,000 per year and increases depending on experience and qualifications. The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 8 am - 5 pm. Flexible schedules are available based on the needs of the clinician hired. No weekends. No holidays!
