Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF)to join our team near Bridgewater, NJ in a temporary school-based position ! Join us in making a meaningful difference in every child’s developmental journey.
We welcome Clinical Fellows and recent graduates , offering direct supervision and hands-on training to support your growth and success.
Additional opportunities are available statewide and nationwide , with strong potential for advancement within the company.
Position Details
Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatrics)
Placement: Exclusive school assignment — no travel required (Elementary)
Pay Range: $60–$65/hour
Hours: 9:20 am - 3:40 pm, M - F (Maternity Leave: September 2nd - October 8th)
Compensation: Full school day covered, including prep time, documentation time, and lunch
Clinical Fellows: Receive direct supervision
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide therapy to support speech and language development
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to required guidelines
