Human Resources ManagerEssential Job FunctionsPerform payroll functions for Holden FarmsMaintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment, legal requirements and government reportingPartner with HFI Management on employee development, policy implementation and upholding Holden Farm's cultureRespond to employee inquiries regarding employment, policies and programsAssist in conflict resolution, amongst employees and/or managementRecruit for HFI positionsPost jobs ads, conduct telephone screens, phone interviews and determine qualified candidatesCreate, update and maintain all position descriptionsConduct new hire orientations and ensure all paperwork is completedAttend Career Fairs in the fall to recruit upcoming talent and find Summer InternsCoordinate Summer Internship programManage annual Benefits Open Enrollment for all full-time employeesMain point of contact for HFI benefit vendorsReconcile benefit enrollment or claim issues and approve invoices for paymentRespond to all Unemployment claimsPartake in quarterly Safety Committee meetingsEducation/ExperienceBachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent HR experience3 - 5 year's experience in Human ResourcesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Strong skills in using spreadsheets and databasesKnowledge and experience with ADP preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Self-motivated team player with a positive "can-do" attitudeStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate othersStrong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to have difficult conversations and achieve desired resultsAccurate with strong attention to detailsExcellent prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong interest in team building and staff developmentDependable and able to work with minimal supervisionBi-Lingual English/Spanish - RequiredBenefits:Medical/Dental/VisionLife Insurance401(k) + Company ContributionProfit SharingShort Term Disability/Long Term DisabilityPaid HolidaysPTO (Paid Time Off)Much More!Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
