Compensation: $2163 - $2606 | Shift: 3x12 Days

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and provide exceptional nursing care for neonates in the NICU.
- Educate and support families throughout their NICU experience.
- Plan, implement, assess, and communicate all aspects of nursing care.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and mentor less experienced staff.
- Delegate patient care tasks based on skill levels and patient requirements.
- Maintain current BLS and BCLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
- At least 1 year of recent travel RN experience.
- Prior NICU RN experience is essential.
This position involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment, focusing on the care of neonates and their families.
