Senior Graphic Designer

Leading creative strategy and executing the visual identity of the organization, the full-time Senior Graphic Designer will manage branding across global communications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead the visual strategy for national campaigns and maintain a cohesive design system across all chapters Champion brand standards and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities Manage multiple projects and optimize the workflow for the creative team while ensuring high-quality outputs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 8-10+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in non-profit or faith-driven environments Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign development, and digital and print design Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity in Figma and After Effects a plus Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design best practices
