What You’ll Own Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Manage communication via email, Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, and other collaboration tools. Lead recurring client meetings, status updates, and performance reviews. Keep clients informed, aligned, and supported throughout every project. Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and reliable execution.
