Paid 6 week ramp-up period available for new Full Time and Part Time hires to ensure a successful transition as you build your caseload Pay: $28.00-$38.00/hour Schedule/Location: Full Time (32 hours/week, afternoons), On-Site About the Role: Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer full-time opportunities for Licensed Clinicians or Master’s Level Clinicians working towards licensure in our Outpatient Program in Woburn, MA. Our Outpatient counseling provides treatment options and support with a flexible schedule. The program offers individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, medication evaluation & management, school-based treatment, and elder services within the Outpatient program. Role Details: The Master’s Level Outpatient Clinician delivers direct services to clients and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services within the outpatient center; participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; ensures treatments are within the therapists training, experience and competence. Qualifications Afternoon availability Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related mental health field from an accredited college or university Internship completed during Master’s program to obtain 45 credits Required license eligibility with LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT CANS Certification preferred (or able to obtain after hiring) Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills Familiarity with support groups Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight Demonstrated sensitivity to diverse cultures or linguistic backgrounds Excellent time management to maintain appointments and timely record keeping Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship/work documentation Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, and complete other pre-employment documentation EEO Statement All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect and equal employment opportunities.
