School Psychologist providing assessment and intervention services in Indianapolis, Indiana on a 36‑week contract. Supports students, teachers, and families to enhance educational outcomes. Works within a multidisciplinary team to address behavioral, academic, and mental health needs. Key Responsibilities: Assess student learning and behavioral needs through standardized testing and observations. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success. Conduct counseling and crisis interventions for students in distress. Provide consultation on school policies and classroom strategies. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress. Deliver training and workshops on mental health and coping skills. Evaluate effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans accordingly. Maintain accurate and confidential student records. Advise on accommodations for students with special needs. Facilitate transition planning for students entering or leaving school.
