Outside Sales Agent – Build Relationships and Grow Your Income

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

• Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and provide clients with up-to-date advice.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and support for continuous improvement.
• Utilize company-provided tools and systems to stay organized and maintain consistent follow-up with clients and prospects.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Proven track record of generating leads through networking, referrals, and effective marketing strategies.
• Strong communication skills to guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
