This role serves as a key business partner to Construction leadership, providing financial guidance and decision support for large-scale network expansion, infrastructure investments, and capital projects. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of analysts; budgeting and forecasting processes, evaluate business cases, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure capital investments align with regional objectives and company strategies.
