Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake attorney to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today!
Compensation:$100,000 + Bonus Potential
Responsibilities:- Meet with potential clients who meet our criteria to discuss possible representation and retain if it's an appropriate fit.
- Coordinate with other attorneys at the firm regarding potential new cases.
- Follow up with potential clients as needed.
- Collaborate with other members of the intake team.
- Licensed attorney in California.
- Previous legal intake experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired.
- Sales or customer service experience is highly valued.
