Key Responsibilities Greet clients and manage daily appointment flow Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally Assist with patient intake and maintain accurate records Support the clinical team with daily operational needs Keep front desk, lobby, and treatment areas clean, organized, and client-ready Qualifications Exceptional communication and customer service skills A professional and polished presence Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a spa, salon, or medical aesthetics setting is a plus Familiarity with scheduling or EMR software preferred Client services: 3 years (Required) Why Join Us?
