BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST | BCBA


We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an established behavioral health organization in North Carolina.


This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA with 2-3+ years of ABA experience who is comfortable supervising and supporting RBTs, including newer team members. The organization values collaboration, strong culture, and a team-first mindset.


Responsibilities

• Supervise and support RBTs
  
  
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance
  
  
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
  
  
• Support newer team members and help build clinical confidence
  
  
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  
  
• 2-3+ years of ABA experience preferred
  
  
• Previous RBT supervision experience
  
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
  
• Open to an established clinical approach and continued training
  
  

This is an on-site BCBA opportunity in Ohio for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
