Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role in a dynamic educational environment focuses on fostering student growth and supporting staff through expert behavioral intervention and guidance.
In this position, you’ll supervise and mentor two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), play an integral part within a school district team, and directly interact with students to shape positive outcomes. The assignment runs from September 2026 through June 2027, offering approximately 20 hours each week.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Familiarity with elementary-age students and their behavioral needs
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance to RBTs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
- Adaptable and committed to evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support RBTs as they implement individualized behavior plans
- Deliver direct behavioral assessment and intervention for students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and review behavioral strategies
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and comply with district protocols
- Contribute expertise during multidisciplinary team meetings
