AI Research Scientist (PhD) - Advanced STEM Evaluation

Mercor Inc

Mercor is seeking an advanced STEM Researcher for a position within a leading AI lab. This role requires a PhD in a STEM discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include guiding research teams, designing rigorous domain tasks, and evaluating AI system outputs. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) and involves close collaboration with experts to assess and develop scientific reasoning quality across STEM tasks.
