The CIDO will provide the vision, strategy, and leadership necessary to advance Legacy Health's technology capabilities in alignment with its mission, strategic priorities, and long-term growth objectives. Serving as a trusted advisor and enterprise advocate for technology, the CIDO will partner closely with the Board, executive leadership team, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure technology investments deliver meaningful value across the organization. A key priority for the CIDO will be evaluating and evolving the current Information Systems (IS) environment, including the organization's structure, talent, processes, and operating model, to further strengthen a proactive, high-performing, and service-oriented technology function. Major initiatives will include developing and executing a comprehensive information technology strategic plan aligned with organizational goals; establishing an effective governance framework to prioritize and oversee technology investments; optimizing the IS organization and its operations; advancing the performance of Epic and other enterprise applications; strengthening cybersecurity capabilities and resilience; creating a comprehensive analytics strategy that enables data-driven decision-making; and advancing the digital roadmap through innovation, automation, and the thoughtful adoption of artificial intelligence.The ideal candidate will be a confident, strategic, and forward-thinking executive with a demonstrated track record of leading information technology and digital transformation efforts within a complex healthcare environment. The CIDO will be a collaborative and influential leader who effectively engages stakeholders, builds consensus, and drives change through exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
