Requirements

• Recent Home Health experience (2024–2025)
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience required
  • Candidates without HCHB may be considered at $10/hr lower bill rate for the first 2 weeks if approved for training
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Territory

• Denver and surrounding areas
• Must be willing to assist in other service territories within approximately a 60-mile radius as needed
