Position Overview

We are seeking a Travel & Expense Supervisor to lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our SAP Concur environment. This role will oversee T&E operations, drive compliance, improve the user experience, support auditing and reporting, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage corporate card administration.

The Supervisor will serve as a key resource for Concur Expense and T&E policies while partnering with Finance, Procurement, HR, Shared Services, and other business teams. This role also provides leadership and oversight to one direct report.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Concur & T&E Operations

• Serve as the primary administrator for SAP Concur, including policies, workflows, audit rules, permissions, and system settings.

• Drive process improvements, automation, compliance, and user experience enhancements.

• Support Concur integrations with ERP, HRIS, travel, and corporate card systems.

• Maintain SOPs, documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.

Compliance, Reporting & Analytics

• Oversee expense auditing and monitor policy compliance, duplicate submissions, and out-of-policy spending.

• Analyze T&E trends and develop KPIs and reports highlighting compliance, spending, and cost-saving opportunities.

• Partner with Finance, Audit, and Compliance teams on reporting and remediation.

Training & Communication

• Develop and deliver T&E training and manage communications regarding policies, system updates, and best practices.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop one direct report responsible for day-to-day T&E administration.

• Manage performance, provide coaching and development, and promote strong service and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable and/or Travel & Expense experience with hands-on SAP Concur experience.

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization.

• Highly motivated, self-directed, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
