Opportunity Clinic Director & Equity Partner – Entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who build and lead a startup outpatient clinic with support from a nationally recognized therapy provider. Requirements License Required: Physical Therapist Setting: Outpatient Clinic Location: Phillipsburg & Clinton – flexible based on partner preference Responsibilities Lead clinic operations from launch to ongoing management. Develop team, recruit and interview staff. Manage financial performance, including budgeting and revenue cycle management. Build clinic culture, ensure compliance, and drive patient experience. Engage in community outreach and referral growth. Work closely with experienced leaders to launch clinic confidently.
