Guiding Angels at Home Care

Pay: $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus Available
Location: Chattanooga, TN (37404)

Guiding Angels at Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide Personal Care and In-Home Respite (IHR) services for a member in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance
• Bathing and personal hygiene
• Grooming and dressing
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance
• Safe transfers
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Light housekeeping
• Shopping and errands
• Transportation to appointments and community activities
• Orientation and companionship

Equipment Used

Experience with the following is preferred:

• Hospital bed
• Manual wheelchair
• Shower chair
• Wheeled/seated walker

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Spanish-speaking caregivers are encouraged to apply (not required)

Schedule

• Part-time
• Seven days per week
• Morning and evening shifts available

The member is expected to transition home from a nursing facility, with services anticipated to begin August 11, 2026 .
